\n14 oz plain flour
\n5 oz brown sugar
\n2 tbsp milk
\n8 oz margarine
\nApricot jam
\n2 eggs
\n8 oz unsweetened flaked coconut
\n8 oz \u201csuperfine\u201d sugar<\/p>\n
Instructions:
\nPreheat oven to about 350\u00ba Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n
Mix together flour, brown sugar, margarine and milk and press into a jelly roll pan. Bake until firm, then remove from the oven. <\/p>\n
Spread the cake with apricot jam. <\/p>\n
