There&#8217;s so much flexibility with these Ingredients too &#8211; you can change it up and make it into taco soup, for instance, or a taco bar.   <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xavy.fr\/nike-roshe-run-2017.html\">nike roshe run 2017<\/a> Healthy too!  So let&#8217;s get started! Ingredients: 1lb lean ground beef (I like 80\/20) 1 medium onion, minced (try vidalia or sweet yellow onions) 3 cloves garlic, minced (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B00PNKYZQC\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B00PNKYZQC&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=funevents4gir-20&amp;linkId=QL5XWTB6A3JSY764\" target=\"_blank\">I use this garlic press)<\/a> 2 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp dried oregano 19oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed 4 cups tortilla chips 1 cup lettuce, shredded 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded Salt and pepper to taste Salsa Avocado slices Instructions: Heat the oil in a large saucepan.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xavy.fr\/nike-air-max-tavas.html\">nike air max tavas<\/a> Stir-fry the onion until tender.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fjallravenkankensale.me.uk\/kanken-big.html\">Fjallraven Kanken Big Backpack<\/a> Then add the garlic and cook for a minute.
