{"id":366,"date":"2009-07-30T08:07:00","date_gmt":"2009-07-30T08:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/parentingzoo.com\/members\/?p=366"},"modified":"2009-07-30T08:07:00","modified_gmt":"2009-07-30T08:07:00","slug":"salmon-pasta-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/parentingzoo.com\/members\/?p=366","title":{"rendered":"Salmon Pasta Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n15-1\/2 oz canned salmon<br \/>\n8 oz macaroni<br \/>\n2 cups cucumber, sliced<br \/>\n1 cup mozzarella cheese cut into this strips<br \/>\n1\/2 cup parsley, chopped<br \/>\n1\/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated<br \/>\n2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half<\/p>\n<p>Lemon Dressing<br \/>\n3\/4 cup olive oil<br \/>\n1\/4 cup lemon juice<br \/>\n2 cloves of garlic, minced<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp dill weed<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp lemon peel, grated<br \/>\nPepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<p>Cook macaroni according to packet instructions. Drain, rinse and cool. <\/p>\n<p>Drain and flake salmon and place into large serving bowl.
