This oftentimes results in osteoporosis, which leads to a much higher risk of <\/span><span id=\"E108\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\">painful <\/span><span id=\"E109\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\">bone fractures<\/span><span id=\"E110\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E111\" class=\"qowt-stl-Normal\"><strong><span id=\"E112\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\">Muscle Problems<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"E113\" class=\"qowt-stl-Normal\"><span id=\"E114\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\">Just like bones, muscles benefit from movement. One of the first signs of being out of shape, due to inactivity, is loss of strength and muscle tone.<\/span><span id=\"E115\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\"> When muscles are idle, blood flow slows down <\/span><span id=\"E116\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\">and<\/span><span id=\"E117\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\"> the exchange of waste products and nutrients decreases. Less mitochondria results in lack of muscle coordination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E118\" class=\"qowt-stl-Normal\"><span id=\"E119\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\">Without movement, the &#8220;electrical&#8221; connection between your nerves and muscles is sporadic at best.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alter48.fr\/nike-femme.html\">nike femme<\/a> How does this affect you? This is especially true for individuals who already deal with chronic conditions, because it typically only makes things worse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E135\" class=\"qowt-stl-Normal\"><span id=\"E136\" class=\"qowt-font1-TimesNewRoman\">In many cases, periods of inactivity are inevitable.
