Banana breads has been one of my girls’ favorite treats since they were very young. Pretty healthy too!<\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\n1 cup banana, mashed
\n\u00bd cup sour cream
\n\u00bd cup mixed nuts, chopped (optional)
\n\u00bd cup butter or margarine
\n1 tsp ground cinnamon
\n1 tsp baking soda
\n1 \u00bd cups unbleached flour
\n1 tsp vanilla
\n1 cup sugar
\n\u00bd tsp salt
\n2 eggs<\/p>\n

Instructions:
\nPreheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n

Mix the cinnamon with a bit of sugar and set aside. <\/p>\n

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and whisk in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. <\/p>\n

Grease large loaf pan and dust with the cinnamon\/sugar mixture. Pour in butter mixture and put into the preheated oven for about 1 hour. <\/p>\n

Serve warm!<\/p>\n
