This sandwich might be a hard sell for your little ones but what a nice treat for mom!<\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\n2 pears, peeled and sliced
\n8 slices of bread (preferably sourdough)
\n\u00bd cup blue cheese, crumbled
\n\u00bd cup Havarti cheese, grated
\n\u00bc cup sour cream<\/p>\n

Instructions:
\nIn a bowl, mix together the blue and havarti cheese. Spread sour cream on one side of each slice of bread and top 4 bread slices with sliced pears and cheese mix. Grill sandwiches and the other 4 slices of bread for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is browned. Top pear and cheese sandwich with toasted slice of bread and enjoy immediately. <\/p>\n
