Then drain.<\/p>\n<p>In a wok, heat half of the oil and stir fry the onions, carrot, broccoli, prawns, garlic and ginger for about 5 minutes. <\/p>\n<p>In a separate pan, heat the rest of the sunflower oil and scramble the eggs lightly.
